Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment. Your appointment is very important to us, it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedules need adjustments; therefore we request 24-48 hour notification for cancellations. *failure to reschedule an appointment within 48 hours, will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service. *NO SHOWS will be charged the full amount (100%) of the scheduled service. It is important to understand when an appointment is forgotten or cancelled without notice, other guests lose the opportunity to fill the appointment.
